One Of My Favorite Youtubers

The video above is from one of my favorite YouTubers.  This recipe can easily be made gluten free and of course nut free, soy free, corn free and egg free.  Be careful with the seasonings, read the ingredients. Same with the cheese.  Make sure there's no gluten.

You may want to purchase fresh seasonings and grind them yourself.  Buy cheese by the block and grate it yourself.  The only ingredients that should be in Parmesan cheese are:

skim milk
rennet (culture agent to curdle the milk to cheese)

Of course, always read all ingredients in anything you purchase.
