Organic, Gluten Free Meatloaf
I threw together a quick organic, gluten free meatloaf with some organic veggies around it. I cooked it in the NuWave oven.

I ate the meatloaf and veggies for dinner and the next day for lunch. I still had a little meatloaf leftover so I used it in an organic, gluten free spaghetti dish for another lunch!
